RemindGently requests Gmail Send plus the basic Google account identity needed to connect your mailbox. We do not read your inbox, access your contacts, or browse your messages.
Who actually sees the reminder emails?
Only your client receives the reminders. They appear as a normal email from your Gmail address - not from a RemindGently system address.
Can I pause or cancel reminders?
Yes. At any time you can pause a reminder sequence, edit the schedule, or mark an invoice as paid - which immediately stops all future reminders.
What happens after a client pays?
Mark the invoice as Paid in your dashboard. All scheduled reminders are cancelled instantly. No extra steps needed.
